Travel Risk Assessment
If you’re planning a trip abroad, you may need to think about whether you need any vaccinations.
The first step is to check the Travel Health Pro website and look up your destination country.
Please check there is enough time to get all of the vaccinations you need before you go. Some vaccines need to be given well in advance of travel, and others may need to be ordered specially.
Next, you need to complete a travel vaccination questionnaire, and submit it to us for review.
Then you need to call and make an appointment with us. We will check that we have the vaccinations available, although you may need to get some from a specialist travel clinic.
