Welcome

how can we help you today?

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In case of a life threatening emergency, please dial 999

Please be aware that as a Practice with multiple part time doctors, there will be times when a doctor, other than your usual regular doctor, who you may not have consulted with before, will have a legitimate reason to access your medical records.

This includes checking blood/urine/stool/sputum results that come back into the Practice, reviewing/actioning letters received from secondary care, outpatient appointments and other 3rd parties who may write to us and signing prescription requests for medication. This list is not exhaustive. This is more likely when your usual doctor is away, the rest of our doctors will deputise in their absence.

This is in accordance with Caldicott Guidance
